2017

Live Cycle Delight opened in Detroit, featuring indoor cycling and strength training.

2018

Live Cycle Delight’s second studio opened, LCD Hot, offering a variety of yoga, mat Pilates, and barre.

2019

Custom merch drops, hosted numerous guest instructors, and hired student interns for the summer.

2020

The pandemic warranted a need for outdoor and virtual classes. The digital studio platform launched through MindBody.

2021

The studio continued online and reopened in-studio classes.

2022

The studio had many collaborations, launched LCD Cares (an initiative dedicated to enhancing the lives and well-being of teens, seniors, and people in recovery through diverse wellness initiatives, activities, and workshops), celebrated the journey, and hosted its final class.
